New Supervisor in the Over 2's
Ange is stepping down from her role as Over 2 Supervisor, due to family commitments.This is something she has been contemplating for some time. She will be staying on in an acting supervisor role.
Lisa will be taking over from Ange today.

Lisa Collins joins us today from Melody Childcare. Lisa has nearly 20 years experience and brings a new passion with her to excite our team. Lisa is working full time in the over 2 team.Ange gets Married
On Saturday, at the indian gardens, Ange and Andy were married. It was a beautiful day and most of the team were there. Well done you two... it was a lovely ceremony
Karolina starts today
Karolina starts in our over 2 team today. She comes with her daughter Natalya and we are very pleased to welcome Kaolina on board.Karolina is currently studying for her post graduate diploma of Early Childhood.
Louise gets Married
Yesterday at Woodlands , Louise and Brian got married. They were so very lucky with the weather! They are off to the UK this week for wedding # 2 and their honeymoon. Lou will be back in April. We were also very pleased to hear that Louise's residency came through, before she set off for the UK.Staff Portfolios
We are now keeping portfolios for our team members. These are for the team to be able to reflect on their own journey and to help them to acknowledge what they do well and build upon their successes.As with your own child's portfolio, we invite you to make comments and add stories to these portfolios. You can pass stories on to Casey to add to their portfolios.
We all often forget to pass on the positives, choosing to focus on what is wrong rather than what is right. It is the aim of the management to remind our staff that they are fantastic and dynamic and help them grow and build on what they already have.
A strong positive mental attitude will create more miracles than any wonder drug.
