Staff Portfolios
We are now keeping portfolios for our team members. These are for the team to be able to reflect on their own journey and to help them to acknowledge what they do well and build upon their successes.
As with your own child's portfolio, we invite you to make comments and add stories to these portfolios. You can pass stories on to Casey to add to their portfolios.
We all often forget to pass on the positives, choosing to focus on what is wrong rather than what is right. It is the aim of the management to remind our staff that they are fantastic and dynamic and help them grow and build on what they already have.
A strong positive mental attitude will create more miracles than any wonder drug.
