Our Philosophy
Every Child and family enrolled at Jack and Jill Educare will be shown respect and dignity at all times. We provide an environment where children are supported to grow up as competent, confident learners and communicators, healthy in mind, body and spirit, secure in their sense of belonging and in the knowledge that they make a valued contribution to society.
We welcome all contributions from our team – staff, parents and children. All people involved in Jack and Jill Educare have a valuable role to play in creating the environment where everyone can grow and learn.
Jack and Jill Educare Team
The team at Jack and Jill educare all have a wicked sense of humour and our days are filled with fun, laughter and a lot of support. We think of ourselves as a family, who work and play together and offer strength and support to each other when needed. We grow and learn together as we take our own journeys in the Early Childhood profession.Margaret Grubb
Owner/Administrator.
Margaret is the owner and administrator of Jack and Jill. She is responsible for administration and financial matters.
Margaret and Neale are the parents of 3 grown children.
Neale Grubb
Neale is Margaret's husband and director of Jack and Jill Educare. He comes
in from time to time to help with the maintenance.Lisa Collins
Lisa has an Early childhood Diploma and has 20 years experience as an Early childhood professional.Lisa is the Centre Supervisor and the Team Leader for the Over 2's.
Emma Mc Morran
Emma is the Team Leader of our Under 2 team. She has her ECE teaching degree and is the Mother of 3 children, Ava, Mark and Sarah.Robyn Cameron
Robyn has her Postgraduate Diploma in Early Childhood.She works in our Over 2s team.
Angela Clear
Ange is a registered qualified Early Childhood Teacher. She is the assistant Team Leader in our over 2 team. Ange is the Mother of 3 children Meaghan , Jessie and Jack.
Rowena James
Rowena has her Dip Tchg ECE Prov Regn. She works fulltime in our Under 2s team.Irene Buchanan
Irene is our cook. She has worked for a number of years cooking healthy,
nutritious meals for children. She holds a number of nutrition
qualifications.
Irene is the mother of 2 grown girls.
Sherry Xue
Sherry is a provisionally registered teacher in our Under 2 team.She works 3 days per week and is the mother of a little boy Duo Duo.
Kerryn Pearce
Kerryn is a trained karitane nurse with several years experience in Early Childhood Education. She is working in our under 2 room and has a major responsibility for the infants. Keryn is the Mother of 6 children and Nana to 10 grandchildren.
Easter Molu
Easter Molu in a Fijian trained primary teacher and is working with our Over Two's team. Easter is in the final year of her degree program.Tiffany Hedges
Tiffany has gained her Early Childhood Degree at Waikato University. She works with the Under 2s team.Tiffany is Mother to Taylor and Quinn
Karolina Poor
Karolina works 4 days a week in our over 2 team. Karolina is a Polish trained primary and special needs teacher and has a post graduate diploma in Early Childhood.Karolina is the mother of Natalia and Juliana.
Hayley Reid
Hayley is the newest member of our team. She will be working mainly in the Under Two's. Hayley is in the 2nd year of a degree programme.
