Our Philosophy
Every Child and family enrolled at Jack and Jill Educare will be shown respect and dignity at all times. We will create an environment where children are supported to grow up as competent, confident learners and communicators, healthy in mind, body and spirit, secure in their sense of belonging and in the knowledge that they make a valued contribution to society.
We welcome all contributions from our team – staff, parents and children. All people involved in Jack and Jill Educare have a valuable role to play in creating the environment where everyone can grow and learn.

The team at Jack and Jill educare all have a wicked sense of humour and our days are filled with fun, laughter and a lot of support. We think of ourselves as a family, who work and play together and offer strength and support to each other when needed. Margaret Grubb
Owner/Administrator.
Margaret is the owner and administrator of Jack and Jill. She is responsible for administration and financial matters.
Margaret and Neale are the parents of 3 grown children.
Neale Grubb
Neale is Margaret's husband and director of Jack and Jill Educare. He comes
in from time to time to help with the maintenance.Irene Buchanan
Irene is our cook. She has worked for a number of years cooking healthy,
nutritious meals for children. She holds a number of nutrition
qualifications.
Irene is the mother of 2 grown girls.
Lisa Collins
Lisa has an Early childhood Diploma and has 20 years experience as an Early childhood professional.Lisa is the supervisor of our over 2 team.
Emma Mc Morran
Emma is the Supervisor of our Under 2 team. She has her ECE teaching degree and is the Mother of 2 children, Ava and Mark.Angela Clear
Ange is a registered qualified Early Childhood Teacher. She is the assistant supervisor in our over 2 team. Ange is the Mother of 3 children Meaghan , Jessie and Jack.
Rowena James
Rowena is in the 3rd year of her Early Childhood Diploma at Wintec. She works Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday in our under 2 room.Sherry Xue
Sherry is a provisionally registered teacher in our Under 2 team.She works 3 days per week and is the mother of a little boy Duo Duo.
Rob Pulling
Rob provides the male influence in our centre, working in our over 2 room. Rob is Father to 5 children.
Easter Molu
Easter Molu in a Fijian trained primary teacher and is working with our Over Two's team. Easter is in the 1st year of her diploma program.Tiffany Hedges
Tiffany has gained her Early Childhood Diploma at Waikato University. She works with the Under 2s team.Tiffany is Mother to Taylor and Quinn
Karolina Poor
Karolina works 3 days a week in our over 2 team. Karolina is a Polish trained primary and special needs teacher and is doing her post graduate diploma in Early Childhood.Karolina is the mother of Natalya and Julianna.
Shona Brons
Shona works on wednesdays in our over 2 team. Shona has gained her post graduate diploma in Early Childhood. She is the mother of 4 childrenKerryn Pearce
Kerryn is a trained karitane nurse with several years experience in Early Childhood Education. She is working in our under 2 room and has a major responsibility for the infants. Keryn is the Mother of 6 children and Nana to 10 grandchildren.
Hayley Reid
Hayley is the newest member of our team. She will be working mainly in the Under Two's. Hayley is planning on studying for her degree from next year.Lisa Jago
Lisa is a relieving teacher, mainly working with our Under Two's. Lisa is studying for her diploma in ECE.
